The EC has published a new template for structuring the Annex I (Description of Work). Whereas the contents remain unchanged, but there are structural rearrangements.

The Part A consists of a new cover page, the project summary, the list of participants, the budget breakdown and a new section that contains work plan tables. Therefore, a new function in NEF (Negotiation Form Facility) is available for entering the project structure in web forms once.

The Part B consists of the narrative part, which needs to be prepared in accordance with the rules and structure of the Negotiation Guidance and uploaded as PDF to the NEF account.

EMDESK generates automatically the Part A and the Part B of the Annex I to the Grant Agreement (Description of Work) that are required for Negotiations and Amendments in the accepted and official formatting for upload to NEF.

The export of the DOW in accordance with former template is still available.
