All prices exclude VAT. Payments are due for 12 months in advance. Additional organisation licenses can be purchased at any time. Cancellation is possible at any time up to one month prior to expiry of the 12-month period. If the contract is not cancelled, the purchased organsiation licenses are automatically extended after expiry for a further 12-month period, but at most for the remaining months of the project duration.

The EMDESK® Proposal Preparation Module is provided free of charge for the whole consortium and is available online after registration.

Proposal Preparation Module

Use of the Proposal Preparation Module is free of charge. You can prepare unlimited project proposals and invite as many users as you want to collaborate in the Proposal Preparation Module.

Negotiation Module

After having successfully submitted a project proposal, EMDESK enables to proceed to the Negotiation Module. The one-off fee for the Negotiation Module is €300 and valid for six months, but free of charge on subscription for the Project Implementation Module for the full project duration.

Project Implementation and Management Module

The price for the Project Implementation Module is based on the total number of project participants – the number of user accounts per organisation is unlimited.

Full duration payment discount

In case of a booking of the Project Implementation Module for the full project duration and payment in advance, the Negotiation Module is free of charge and the Project Closure - time needed to close the project after the official end.

Academic, educational and not-for-profit licences

A reduction of 19% is granted for academic, educational, not-for-profit and public institutions on the license price.

VAT Number

When a valid VAT number is provided for the invoicing, the VAT is not charged for customers outside Germany. EMDESK accepts only a valid VAT number that meets the verification standards set out by the European Commission.
