Terms and conditions of the “Recommend EMDESK” scheme:
- Our privacy policy conditions may apply.
- Because of our professional rules of conduct we can only accept recommendations of third parties who are known to you as a result of family or social connections. We cannot accept recommendations if you are recommending them as part of any business activity.
- Reward is only issued if (a) you have used the recommendation form above to recommend EMDESK, (b) you have submitted the recommendation form before the person has contacted us for the first time, (c) the person or an associated organization/person has acquired and fully paid at least one license for the EMDESK Project Management Module, and (d) it is the earliest recommendation submitted to the person.
- Rewards are not transferable. Configuration of the reward is subject to availability and EMDESK.
- EMDESK GmbH will not be responsible for rewards stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery.
- EMDESK GmbH reserves the right to modify wholly or in part this program by any other program or terminate the program at any time without any prior notice.
