Project Setup Service – Get started immediately with project management in EMDESK®

EMDESK offers a Project Setup Service for those research consortia which have already started FP7 research projects and want to use the EMDESK Project Implementation & Management Module without having previously submitted a proposal using the EMDESK Proposal Preparation Module.

The description of work (DoW) in the Technical Annex is the contractual basis against which the project needs to report and measure progress, results, consumed resources and costs. For this reason, the information contained in the DoW needs to be entered into the project database to allow display of the planned work package descriptions, estimated costs and planned resource allocation and to enable the co-ordinator and the other partners to perform efficient state-in-the-art project management and collaboration.

After establishing a non-disclosure agreement specifically for the data input of the DoW, our staff sets up the entire project structure, fills in cost and resource figures, deliverable schedules, descriptive content, etc. for your project. Within two working days, your project is available to you for management, controlling and collaboration on EMDESK.

Efficient FP7 collaboration and project management is the best possible with a sound understanding of the necessary activities and formal requirements.
