Function

OpenTelekomCloud provides a central cloud service on which the Application is stored. Since the Open Telekom Cloud is exclusively hosted in data centers in Germany and the Netherlands, the service is 100 percent European.

Other provisions

There is a current Data Processing Agreement between T-Systems International GmbH and EMDESK GmbH. The transfer mechanism used by OpenTelekomCloud is governed by the following standard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Mailjet

Mailjet provides the service that is used to send e-mails from the Application. Personal data is transmitted only to a limited, clearly defined extent (e-mail address, user name).

There is a current Data Processing Agreement between Mailjet SAS and EMDESK GmbH. The transfer mechanism used by Mailjet is governed by the following standard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Help Scout provides the support infrastructure for the Application. Personal data is transmitted only to a limited, clearly defined extent (e-mail address, first and last name, user name).

Other provisions

There is a current Data Processing Agreement between Help Scout Inc. and EMDESK GmbH. This was concluded on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in which the service provider is obligated to comply with the EU data protection level. The transfer mechanisms used by Help Scout are governed by the following standards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Binding Corporate Rules (???).
