EMDESK is entirely developed and maintained by our workforce in Germany, with proven, long-standing experience. The production system and customer data are solely hosted in redundant, secure data centres with the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC by Deutsche Telekom) in Germany, providing end-to-end security and privacy features built in. Our team takes additional proactive measures to ensure a secure infrastructure environment.

What happens to my data after my project ends?

Paid subscriptions will retain their data until you request its deletion, if your subscriptions ends, your account will move to a free plan with limited access to your data. In the case of inactive accounts, we may contact you after some time to ask you if the data is still needed, otherwise it will be deleted.
