September release – new features

EMDESK has made significant changes and improvements for our September release. With new shortcuts and upgraded features project management is with a greater ease.

Our new September features have been unveiled!

EMDESK’s last feature release was only a few months ago, but we are already ready to present our new upgrades. From the introduction of new filtering options to drag and drop elements, every feature has been created in order to easily facilitate and maneuver your activities in EMDESK.

What are the new features?

Customise your table columns

    Rearranging the columns on your spreadsheet table is now available. You can customise your table in any order you find most beneficial by simply dragging and dropping the columns into your desired table arrangement.

    Bulk drag n’ drop folders and documents

      Save time by organising multiple folders and documents into specific folders all at once. Users can now drag n’ drop folders or documents with a click of a mouse. With bulk drag n’drop you are able to mark several folders or documents and drag them all together instead of selecting documents and folders one by one.

      Get a precise view of your data

        The overall performance of analytics has been optimised, so that you can make the most out of your reporting. Your data will now be pulled up and created into prepared reports faster than before. A variety of new filters have been implemented into Analytics in order to get a more precise view of your data and export the exact information that you need for your reports.

        Quickly find overdue tasks and deliverables

          With a new smart filter under the Completion column, you’ll be able to filter out the tasks, milestones, and deliverables that are ‘on time’, ‘due soon’, or ‘overdue’.

          Accurate expense reporting

          Now, not only can you report your expenses for an exact date, but you can also report individual or collection costs that were incurred in one of the scheduled reporting periods or in a freely defined period.
