EMDESK year in review

We hope you had a nice Christmas time and a good start to the new year. In this post we’d like to highlight our most important developments of 2022 and shed some light on what’s in store for our users in 2023.

Last year we provided services to 28 000+ users, 25 000+ Academy readers and average of 1000 participants at our webinars. We are glad that our solutions and services are trusted by such a great number of researchers. We would also like to take a moment to thank our valued partners for their expert articles and sessions that support project teams in performing successful R&I projects.

To support them from our side, we constantly develop our platform and release new features making online collaboration much more intuitive and organised. In 2022, we presented the import function which allows transferring your project data directly into EMDESK from Excel files. Also, we enabled scheduling video call meetings and inserting data-driven graphs within our online document editor.

This year apart from regular developments, we are pleased to announce a number of features that we have developed in close collaboration with our users and in response to much appreciated feedback. Among these features are task management, one-on-one direct messages, as well as new integrations.

We look forward to sharing more details on these features soon and wish all our users a healthy and prosperous 2023.
